I first heard about Arrive from one of my friends from high school. He had been working at Arrive for about a year and said the job is a lot of hard work, but it pays off in the long run. He also told me about how great and relatable the culture was.

There are so many things that keep me at Arrive – the great benefits, the flexibility, the casual dress, the culture, and of course, the people. I really love working with the people here at Arrive.

I’ve seen Arrive grow and mature so much since I first started. We went from being a group of 150 people who were trialing our methods, to now having solid procedures and amazing technology. Watching and being part of a company that went from figuring it out to be one of the top brokerages has been pretty great! The people at Arrive and our culture are my favorite things about our organization. There are so many great people across the team and everyone constantly has each other’s backs.

When I interviewed, it felt like a breath of fresh air. All my worries and concerns about working in logistics went out the window. The people I interviewed and the energy in the office were amazing. I accepted a position and started working here in January 2018. Since I first started at Arrive in 2018, I’ve seen the company almost triple our numbers. We’ve become more structured and organized when it comes to sourcing capacity and accepting freight. We’ve really streamlined our processes.

Arrive is proactive and ahead of the game. We have a great foundation, and nothing is ever set in stone which keeps us constantly moving, adapting, and making sense of ambiguity. Arrive is always looking to build and improve. We truly have the best technology in the business which is a huge reason why we are always aiming to reach that next step. There are so many things I love about Arrive that keep me here, especially the people. Everyone I work with is extremely creative. Our new representatives are so driven, personable, and excited about selling. Our business leaders are creative, passionate, and they make the work here fun and interesting. I enjoy how everything is different and new and that I have autonomy over creation. Everything I do here at Arrive is a unique experience and something I feel like I can’t do anywhere else.
